Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and build a career with leading companies in the manufacturing, construction, and warehouse industries. Roles are available on a temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm basis.
- Perform semi-skilled and manual labour tasks on job sites and in facilities
- Assist tradespeople and team members with various duties across multiple projects and industries
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive tasks
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (asset, but not required)
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge (asset)
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-oriented
- Must have a valid Working at Heights Safety Certificate (for construction roles)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
- WHMIS Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (asset)
