A leading energy solutions provider in Metro Vancouver seeks a Regional Demand and S&OP Manager. You will lead transformation objectives and ensure operational consistency in Supply Chain functions. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of leadership experience and a Bachelor's in a relevant field. The role offers an 18-month contract with up to 10% travel. ChampionX has an immediate need for a Regional Demand and S&OP Manager. This role is a change-focused leader who is dedicated to improving the performance of the Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service functions of ChampionX. This role will not only ensure alignment and consistency in processes but also involve designing new capabilities, deploying advanced tools, and establishing new performance measures. This position carries governance responsibilities for training materials, documented processes, leaders' standard work, tool usage, and design modifications. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy.
This is an 18-month contract.
