Salary Range: $33.367 - $41.812 Hourly

Grade: SGEU.09.

Agency Overview

The SPSA is seeking an organized, results-oriented, and a team player for the position of Accommodation and Service Level Coordinator, in the Strategic Initiatives Unit. The position reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating agency wide plan regarding space, accommodations and leasehold improvements;
  • Providing guidance in the delivery of several department administrative services regarding accommodations and technology related activities;
  • Reviewing, assessing and reporting on service delivery expectations, operational status of the Agency’s technology systems, resource allocations and capital expenditures;
  • Assessing, tracking and coordinating the Agency’s information technology needs as the service level coordinator;
  • Assisting with the monthly expense forecast;
  • Coding and tracking expenses for the unit and capital projects and oversee contractual services;
  • Overseeing facilities, office furniture inventory and parking accommodations;
  • Developing and implementing service delivery strategies;
  • Lifting up to 25kg or 55lbs, navigate tight spaces, stand and walk for extended periods; and
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with various stakeholders while ensuring to meet the Agency’s business needs.

The successful candidate will have experience as a service level approver, accommodation coordinator, and familiarity with project management. This position requires some level of physical demands/physical flexibility, ability to identify potential hazards and reduce the risk of injury. A high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as good oral and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and Outlook is required. The ideal candidate will have related post-secondary education or a combination of education and work experience.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel 15% of the time for Prince Albert residents and up to 40% for Saskatoon residents.
