In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of user acquisition, revenue growth, and lifecycle marketing across core markets. You will manage and expand a high-performing growth team while collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to drive measurable results. This position requires a data-driven mindset, a strong command of digital marketing channels, and the ability to scale marketing efforts in fast-growing, international environments. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing and growth team to meet evolving business objectives.
  • Expand market share by launching new markets and deepening engagement in core markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize user experiences.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, financial modeling, and ROI optimization across campaigns.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
  • Ensure marketing programs align with best practices, brand standards, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing and growth strategies at scale.
  • Expertise in digital and performance marketing across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, BI systems, and executive-level reporting.
  • Deep understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing with the ability to scale initiatives.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing campaign ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with C-level executives.
  • High ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
