How will you make an impact in this role?

The successful candidate will be responsible for Co-Brand product marketing which includes developing annual plans to deliver Canada International Card Services (ICS) customer marketing objectives, including marketing and operational excellence, customer relevance, scalable engagement and healthy returns on non-acquisition investments. The successful individual will coordinate across ICS stakeholder teams on the investment and marketing strategies to influence and execute the marketing plan. This individual will work in close partnership with non-acquisition investment stakeholders to complete post campaign performance analysis to evaluate their effectiveness to optimize impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively across stakeholders to intake ICS customer objectives and develop annual co-brand marketing plans, bringing along key stakeholders to ensure enterprise and partner objectives are met.
  • Improve the customer experience with relevant, timely and synchronized marketing and holistic treatment strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing execution of strategies and campaigns. This includes working with creative agencies to develop marketing collateral, obtaining stakeholder approval and working with internal systems, internal & external teams, vendors, and partners to deploy marketing initiatives.
  • Support the flawless execution of the marketing plan in coordination with local and central teams, with a step-up on controls and marketing excellence to meet our regulatory and compliance requirements, and deliver on our promise to customers.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in marketing, business and/or professional experience in these domains.
  • Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills. This includes presenting to peers and being able to sell new ideas and solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners with a passion for driving results.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across a diverse group of partners.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in use of Excel and Power Point and be comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to using emerging AI tools.

Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually + bonus + benefits
