• Carry out full-lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement)
• Create systems and components that meet needs and specifications.
• Create outlinedesigns
• Methodically carry out experiments, analyze data, and interpret results
• Theoretical designs must be tested and evaluated.
• Identify, develop, and implement effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Examine the overall performance, dependability, and safety of the final product.
• Change and modify the design to meet requirements and eliminate flaws.
• Estimate budget and project scope.
• Solicit feedback from operators.
• Produce product documentation and reports.
• Participate in lifelong learning and the development of new theories or methods.

• Product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics experience (CFD)
• Extensive knowledge of computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
• Knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, or other)
• Adequate understanding of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar)
• Understanding of mathematical computing and analysis tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.)
• Solid understanding of fundamental concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.
• Analytical and creative abilities
• Technical knowledge must be communicated clearly and understandably.

Required Years of Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Salary: $39.42 - $75.00 per hour
