As a Senior Business Partner, you will partner with executive leadership in IT Services to design and implement strategic people plans, foster organizational agility, and enhance employee experience through data‑driven insights. You’ll play a key role in shaping inclusive work environments and driving transformational change across divisions.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, People Consulting. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands.

This role offers a salary range of $102,200 to $153,200 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
