Job summary

A Canadian IT consulting firm is looking for a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant in Toronto. This role requires a professional to bridge business needs with technical implementation for SAP SuccessFactors.   • Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a professional who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

The consultant will perform the following:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Technical Design & Configuration: Develop technical designs and configure the Succession and Development module within SuccessFactors.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensure end‑to‑end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Documentation: Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
What you'll need
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Succession and Development module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.
  • Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical configuration.
  • Hands‑on experience in creating technical designs and implementing system changes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development.
  • Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
