  • Carry out full-lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement)
  • Create systems and components that meet needs and specifications.
  • Create outlinedesigns

Requirements
  • Product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics experience (CFD)
  • Extensive knowledge of computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
  • Knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, or other)
  • Adequate understanding of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar)
  • Understanding of mathematical computing and analysis tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of fundamental concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.
  • Analytical and creative abilities
  • Technical knowledge must be communicated clearly and understandably.
