Professional Housekeeper — 8am Shifts, $21.44/hr (15 Days)
Job summary
A leading workforce solutions company is seeking a professional Housekeeper in Kamloops to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of facilities. Success in this role requires integrity and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, ensuring spaces are sanitary for guests, and effective communication with clients and staff. Required qualifications are past cleaning experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and standing. This position offers $21.44/hour for a 15-day contract.
Qualifications
- Past cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing.
- Willingness to wear uniforms and/or use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas to company standards.
- Ensure all spaces are sanitary and presentable for guests.
- Respond effectively to changing demands and priorities.
- Communicate clearly with clients, senior management, and support staff.
