Nous recherchons un chef de projet principal pour coordonner toutes les activités liées au déploiement du nouveau portail fournisseur. Cette personne travaillera avec tous les fournisseurs, agents d'approvisionnement et l'équipe de projet.

• Élaborer le plan de déploiement pour plus de 4000 fournisseurs dans le système.
• Suivre les actions en travaillant avec différents intervenants tels que SAP, les fournisseurs et les agents d'approvisionnement.
• Élever tous les problèmes rencontrés.
• Coordonner avec les autres membres de l'équipe et assigner les tâches afin de garantir leur bonne exécution.
• Suivre l'avancement du projet à l'aide d'Excel.
• Préparer des présentations sur l'état du projet à présenter aux directeurs et vice-présidents.

• 5-10+ ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur manufacturier.
• Bilingue.
• Expérience avec Excel, PowerPoint, gestion de projet, coordination de projet.

• Expérience avec Ariba est un atout.
• Expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur aérospatial est un atout.
• Excellentes compétences en communication.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à rester calme.
• Autonome.

Le candidat fera partie d'une équipe en cours de construction et rapportera à un supérieur. Le poste est ouvert en raison du besoin de déployer 4 à 6 000 fournisseurs sur un portail Ariba. Les heures de bureau sont de 9h à 15h du lundi au vendredi, avec une flexibilité possible. Le travail représente 40 heures par semaine, et nécessite une présence au bureau deux jours par semaine (lundi et mercredi). Bien que des conseils et des étapes soient établis, il n'y a pas de formation réelle ; le candidat doit être autonome.

La fourchette salariale associée à ce poste est de $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

• Track project progress using Excel.
• Prepare project status presentations to be presented to directors and VP-level executives.

• 5-10+ years of project management experience within manufacturing.
• Bilingual.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, project management, project coordination.

• Experience with Ariba is an asset.
• Project management experience in aerospace is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
• Autonomous.
• Ability to work with different teams at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot based on project urgency.

The candidate will be part of a team currently being built and will report to a supervisor. The position is open due to the need to deploy 4,000 to 6,000 suppliers onto an Ariba portal. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with flexibility possible. The role requires 40 hours per week, with an in-office presence needed two days a week (Monday and Wednesday). While guidance and steps are established, there is no real training; the candidate needs to be autonomous.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint-Laurent, QC.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
