Project Manager
Design, develop, test, implement, measure, and manage processes that align with business strategies and stakeholder requirements to enhance customer experience. Processes may pertain to areas such as fulfillment, operations, services, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups.
- Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and business implications.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.
- Determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Design and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
- Break down strategic problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Build change management plans of varying scope and type; lead or participate in activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, and sustainment of initiatives.
- Lead or participate in defining change/communication plans to influence or change behavior.
- Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
- Develop and document processes, procedures, and end‑user materials.
- Assist with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to process owners.
- Collaborate in the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes.
- Design processes based on business requirements and best practices, ensuring adherence to risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Streamline, simplify, and continuously improve existing processes.
- Document processes for vetting, communicating, and implementing with stakeholders.
- Ensure all processes meet established standards, utilizing templates and tools for tracking compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Seek opportunities to eliminate, simplify, and automate processes.
- Maintain current process documentation for stakeholder access.
- Support management of processes using established methodologies and technology.
- Integrate information from multiple sources for more efficient processes and enhanced analysis.
- Participate in Core Process transformation to deliver process improvements for productivity savings and enhanced customer/employee experience.
- Develop an understanding of organizational interactions and complexity to engage stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry technical and business trends through professional associations and learning.
- Resolve issues regarding processes from all sources/stakeholders.
- Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
- Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems.
- Work independently and handle non‑routine situations.
Essential Skills
- Project management and business analysis.
- Delivery and control of procedures across the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and post‑secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Deep understanding and problem‑solving ability for business/group issues.
- In‑depth knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices.
- In‑depth understanding of business/group processes, procedures, and controls.
- In‑depth understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $27.00/hr.
