Due to recent growth, we are seeking an ambitious Commerce graduate who will learn both our business and our clients’ businesses by starting out as a Technical Support Analyst for our Software Support Team in the Construction Division. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Jonas is seeking a Software Installer. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of software, hardware, and networks. They will be able to apply their knowledge to effectively communicate with customers, prospects, and internal staff to ensure proper installation of Jonas software.

Report to the Team Lead for daily direction and the Manager, PS for administration.

Quality of Service

• Monitor, improve, and maintain installations to ensure top-quality service.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all installation-related matters within the company, working closely with the Implementation & Sales teams.
• Utilize listening and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client and prospect issues, including networking/hardware problems, data integrity, permissions, performance issues, and procedural processes in a timely manner.
• Install all Jonas Construction Products at customer sites.
• Write and execute data utility programs and SQL scripts to resolve issues.
• Trace software, run SQL queries, and review system logs to identify root causes of issues.
• Assist with testing the Construction product.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience, preferably in the software industry, is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, and Database Structure.
• Experience with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with PC networking environments and firewall solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to teach others.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
