Job summary
A leading construction firm in Edmonton is seeking a Student Workforce Coordinator for an 8-month co-op position starting in May 2026. This role involves entering employee documentation, coordinating safety training, and supporting recruiters with the mobilization of new hires. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant program and possesses strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program.
- Experience working with software and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- High attention to detail for documentation accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enter employee documentation accurately.

- Support recruiters to ensure timely mobilization of new hires.
