We are looking for a hands‑on and adaptable AI Engineer to join our AI practice. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems that empower our consulting teams. You bring deep domain expertise in industries such as higher education, healthcare, and utilities to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions to their clients.
This role spans the full AI solution lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to application integration and evaluation, with a focus on building scalable, reusable AI assets, frameworks, and accelerators that strengthen the firm’s delivery capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with AI architects, platform engineers, and consulting teams to ensure the AI solutions you develop are robust, configurable, and aligned with business and industry needs.

The estimated base salary for this job is $95,000 - $125,000 CAD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500 CAD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
