Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 + Months

Building and maintaining end-to-end features for the multi-agent orchestrator platform. This hybrid contractor role, based in Toronto, involves working across both the frontend and backend, from creating responsive, Microsoft Teams-integrated interfaces to developing robust APIs and services that power AI-driven workflows. Collaborating closely with cloud, backend, and LLM engineering teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration between user experiences and core services, directly contributing to Client’s transformation of procurement operations through cutting-edge AI solutions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications, ensuring smooth integration between client-side and server-side systems.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, with attention to detail and usability.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient APIs and services using Node.js and Python depending on project requirements.
  • Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Optimize queries, maintain data integrity, and design scalable schemas.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party APIs, authentication systems (OAuth, OpenID Connect), and cloud services.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance using DevOps tools. Deploy applications to Azure and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend components.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer or related role.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Solid understanding of backend languages such as Node.js, Python.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.
