Job summary
A leading auto solutions provider in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking an AP Payments Analyst to manage vendor payments and reconciliations. The ideal candidate has a designated role focused on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payables. Candidates should possess a post-secondary education and have at least one year of accounts payable experience. Knowledge of accounting and good Excel skills are essential for success in this position, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary education preferred.
- One year or more of experience in accounts payable.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate payment of vendors.
- Performance of vendor statement reconciliations.
- Reviewing and cleaning up of payables aging.
- Responding to payables related inquiries.
- Performing other related administrative duties.
