Job summary
A health authority in British Columbia is seeking a Registered Social Worker to provide client-centered care through assessment, intervention, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Social Work, be registered with the BC College of Social Workers, and possess strong counseling and organizational skills. Travel may be required for this position.
Qualifications
- Two years recent, related experience in a specific service area or equivalent education/training.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, care planning, and intervention for clients.
- Consult and refer services to clients and caregivers.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
