As Vice President of Growth at KOHO, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy of the business, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and working closely with Product, Data, Brand, Finance, and Operations.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and scaling KOHO’s user base efficiently and sustainably across all acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization levers, while balancing performance marketing, product‑led growth, and data‑informed decision‑making in a highly regulated fintech environment.

You will build, lead, and develop a high‑impact growth organization, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the executive team on long‑term growth, market expansion, and investment allocation.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own KOHO’s global growth strategy, aligning performance, brand, product growth, and experimentation into a single operating model.

  • Lead and scale a cross‑functional growth team covering paid acquisition, lifecycle, organic, referrals, affiliates, brand, and offline and OOH media.

  • Own all user acquisition channels and their P&L accountability, including paid digital, product‑led growth, partnerships, offline, and OOH campaigns, and emerging channels.

  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including CRO‑related initiatives, new acquisition levers, market expansions, and launches of new products or features, in close collaboration with Product and Finance.

  • Identify, evaluate, and drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms across the growth organization, ensuring teams are enabled and aligned to use them effectively to improve execution speed, efficiency, and measurement quality.

  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to ensure growth initiatives are embedded into product roadmaps and supported by strong measurement and experimentation frameworks.

  • Drive advanced analytics and measurement, including CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, and forecasting to inform budget allocation and strategic decisions.

  • Translate company‑level objectives into clear growth roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans across teams.

  • Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and market trends to proactively surface new opportunities and risks.

  • Act as an executive‑level owner of growth performance, communicating insights, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Profile
  • 10–15 years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles within high‑growth consumer technology companies, fintech, or mobile‑first products.

  • Proven track record of scaling a consumer digital product at a meaningful scale, with full‑funnel ownership from acquisition and performance to retention.

  • Demonstrated 360° marketing experience, including substantial exposure to brand building, offline and OOH campaigns, alongside deep performance marketing expertise.
    Strong passion for MarTech, AdTech, and data, with hands‑on experience using technology and analytics to drive efficient, measurable growth.

  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring senior growth and marketing teams across multiple disciplines.

  • Deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, attribution, privacy‑first measurement, and the interplay between brand and performance.

  • Highly data‑driven with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and comfort making high‑stakes decisions with incomplete information.

  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with an ownership mindset

  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and executive communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale de croissance de KOHO, en alignant performance, marque, croissance produit et expérimentation au sein d’un modèle opérationnel unifié.

  • Diriger et faire évoluer une équipe de croissance multidisciplinaire couvrant l’acquisition payante, le cycle de vie, l’organique, les références, l’affiliation, la marque, ainsi que les médias hors ligne et OOH.

  • Être responsable de tous les canaux d’acquisition d’utilisateurs et de leur P&L, incluant le numérique payant, la croissance pilotée par le produit, les partenariats, les campagnes hors ligne et OOH, ainsi que les canaux émergents.

  • Identifier et activer de nouvelles occasions de croissance, incluant des initiatives liées au CRO, de nouveaux leviers d’acquisition, des expansions de marché et le lancement de nouveaux produits ou fonctionnalités, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Finance.

  • Identifier, évaluer et piloter l’adoption de nouvelles technologies et plateformes au sein de l’organisation de croissance, en veillant à ce que les équipes soient outillées et alignées pour les utiliser efficacement afin d’améliorer la vitesse d’exécution, l’efficacité et la qualité des mesures.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Données et Ingénierie afin d’intégrer les initiatives de croissance aux feuilles de route produit et de les appuyer par de solides cadres de mesure et d’expérimentation.

  • Piloter des analyses et des mesures avancées, incluant le CAC, le LTV, l’analyse de cohortes, l’attribution, les tests d’incrémentalité, le MMM et les prévisions, afin d’orienter l’allocation des budgets et les décisions stratégiques.

  • Traduire les objectifs de l’entreprise en feuilles de route de croissance claires, priorités et plans d’exécution pour les équipes.

  • Surveiller le paysage concurrentiel, les changements réglementaires et les tendances du marché afin de faire émerger de façon proactive de nouvelles occasions et risques.

  • Agir comme responsable exécutif de la performance de croissance, en communiquant clairement aux leaders et aux parties prenantes les constats, risques et occasions.

Profil
  • 10 à 15 ans d’expérience dans des rôles de leadership en croissance, marketing ou fonctions commerciales au sein d’entreprises technologiques grand public en forte croissance, en fintech ou dans des produits mobile‑first.

  • Antécédents démontrés de mise à l’échelle d’un produit numérique grand public à une taille significative, avec une responsabilité complète du tunnel, de l’acquisition et de la performance jusqu’à la rétention.

  • Expérience marketing à 360°, incluant une exposition importante à la construction de marque et aux campagnes hors ligne et OOH, combinée à une expertise approfondie en marketing de performance.

  • Forte passion pour le MarTech, l’AdTech et les données, avec une expérience pratique de l’utilisation des technologies et de l’analytique pour générer une croissance efficace et mesurable.

  • Expérience dans la création, la direction et le mentorat d’équipes seniors en croissance et marketing à travers plusieurs disciplines.
