This role ensures our client community is informed, supported, and aligned as SHN transitions to a modern, unified digital foundation for specialty program delivery. This position is critical to ensure that our clients not only understand the transformation journey but also see themselves as integral partners in building the future of specialty care. The Senior Manager, Client Readiness will serve as the bridge between SHN’s internal transformation and its external impact—fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Build confidence and understanding across clients, articulating how the transformation will unlock long‑term value and improved outcomes.

  • Client Change Leadership: Lead client‑facing readiness and change workstreams, including communications, agreement updates, and alignment of Statements of Work with new standards and operating models.

  • Enable Client‑Facing Teams: Equip SHN’s client‑facing leaders with the messaging, materials, and confidence to communicate transformation progress and respond to client needs effectively.

  • Build Advocacy and Support: Create mechanisms for client feedback and collaboration to ensure mutual understanding and proactive management of change impacts.

  • Message Consistency: Align all external messaging with internal readiness and transformation communications to present a unified story of progress, vision, and confidence.

  • Drive Adoption and Alignment: Reinforce the strategic shift from customization to standardized, scalable solutions—positioning clients to fully benefit from shared innovation, faster delivery, and future‑ready platforms.

  • Build confidence in SHN’s transformation journey, internally and externally.

  • Ensure clear direction and shared purpose across teams and clients.

  • Represent the voice of readiness in the core transformation project team, ensuring people, processes, and partners are prepared for change.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in client engagement, change management, or strategic communications within healthcare, technology, or life sciences sectors.

  • Strong executive presence and experience managing senior client relationships through periods of significant change.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing large‑scale communication and engagement strategies.

  • Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and influence skills.

  • Ability to translate technical and operational transformation into clear, client‑relevant messaging.

  • Understanding of CRM and digital ecosystem transformations preferred.
