A leading Canadian bank is seeking a Senior Manager for their Enterprise Control Testing team in Toronto. The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is a centralized first line of defense group with the goal of embedding a culture of risk ownership and operational excellence by elevating the control environment and driving consistency and quality of risk practices to minimize loss and regulatory sanction, drive cost efficiencies, and accelerate execution to enable growth.
The Enterprise Control Testing (ECT) team serves as RBC’s central control testing function. As the Enterprise central control testing team, ECT acts on behalf of the 1LOD (first line of defense) Control Owner and is responsible for performing control assurance activities in accordance with RBC’s Internal Control Management Policy and Standard (ICMP and ICMS).
As the Senior Manager, ECT Planning, you will be a key member of the strategy team, responsible for advancing the strategic roadmap, and enablement of the Enterprise Control Testing team and strategy. You will be responsible for the execution of the strategic roadmap and will serve as a lead operational officer for the ECT organization, providing support to enable the testing teams to create/deliver on horizontal capabilities/services.
