The impact you will have :
The Adoption & Change Management Consultant is a customer-facing role with the primary goal of driving the effective adoption of technology for our clients and customers. We are seeking a passionate Adoption & Change Management Consultant to deliver Softchoice Adoption Services by creating and implementing change management strategies through direct engagement with our customers. This consultant will engage with senior leaders executives and end users to assess organizational change readiness define business outcomes develop and deliver communications programs and develop personas and use cases. You are passionate about helping clients align their business outcomes with their larger strategic goals. You love helping to make positive changes in the workplace.
