The People Change Management team leads change initiatives focused on end‑user adoption and engagement across Personal Banking, including contact centers and banking centers. The team develops strategies and tactical plans to support employees through organizational and process changes, ensuring readiness and sustainability.
Role reports to: Director People Change Management

Hybrid – 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) + every third Friday. Must be flexible to attend additional in‑person sessions as required by the program.
Office Location: 81 Bay Street, Toronto
Work Schedule: 9‑5, 37.5 hrs per week

The Senior Change Manager will design and execute end‑to‑end change management strategies for Project Odyssey, ensuring successful adoption and engagement across impacted teams. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodology, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
Essentially looking for a long string of previous work with People Change across all levels of stakeholders is the most important. Not project managers who’ve delivered HR Tech or Change managers who have focused primarily on reporting technology change.
Must Have
10+ years in People Change Management – focused on end‑user adoption, not project or technology management.
Proven ability to develop strategies and actionable tactical plans.
Hands‑on experience executing change (e.g., delivering engagement sessions, presenting to senior leaders and frontline staff).
Prosci Certification.
Nice to Have
Bilingual – French
Previous Bank Experience.
