Job summary
A fast-growing company in Quebec is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This medium-sized public company is expanding outside of Quebec and looking for an experienced executive to lead financial operations and maintain compliance with accounting standards. Candidates must hold a CPA and have significant experience in public company environments.

Our client, a leader in a fast-growing field, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their currently growing company.
This medium-sized, entrepreneurial and growing public company is in the early stages of expanding its activities outside of Quebec, which will require the addition of a growing team.
- Hold a recognized accounting designation (CPA)
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior executive or CFO in a public company
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Experience working in a regulatory, compliance and disclosure environment for public companies
