Work You'll Do

• Treasury System Expertise & Implementation: Lead and support Treasury Management System (TMS) projects with hands-on experience in at least one leading platform, such as GTreasury or Kyriba, helping clients streamline and automate their treasury operations.
• Oracle Cloud ERP Treasury Integration: Deploy and integrate treasury modules within Oracle Cloud ERP, collaborating with stakeholders to implement cash management, debt/investment management, and banking solutions that deliver robust financial oversight and compliance.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Apply your background in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting, or liquidity analysis to drive actionable insights and maximize financial efficiency for client organizations.
• Business Process Improvement: Gather requirements, map business processes, and configure treasury technology solutions to align people, process, and technology‑ensuring successful project adoption and optimized treasury operations.
• Functional Workshops & Training: Lead functional workshops to assess requirements and facilitate solution design, as well as deliver comprehensive end‑user training to ensure seamless adoption of new treasury systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or treasury system implementation, including hands‑on exposure to at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS) such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
• 2+ years deploying or integrating treasury functions within Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically modules related to cash management, debt/investment management, and banking.
• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting or liquidity analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in requirements documentation, business process mapping, and configuration of treasury technology solutions.
• 2+ years with treasury industry standards and compliance requirements, including OFAC, GASB, and implementation of best practices for internal controls.
• 2+ years of project management in a client‑facing role.
