Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counts.
  • Develop and engage employees to meet department KPIs aligned with company vision and values.
  • Recruit, hire, train, promote, and terminate staff as needed, ensuring competency in all logistics functions.
  • Review and improve practices to meet client expectations and develop better service plans.
  • Negotiate rates with logistics vendors and carriers, including annual contracts in partnership with the CFO.
  • Solve warehousing issues and provide timely resolutions to customer problems.
  • Enforce a strong safety culture and address safety incidents.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and accounting for inbound shipments, inventory control, and delivery routing.
  • Prepare documents for transfer to other departments or shipping, including weekly/monthly controls and revenue recognition.
  • Lead annual inventory reconciliation and schedule cycle counts.
