• Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managing Tracheostomy, G‑tube management, ventilator and monitoring vital signs.
• Experience working with pediatric clients.
• Experience with Behavior Management.
• Administer medications and assist with personal care routines.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers.
• Maintain a strong commitment to community‑based care.
• Prepare and maintain client reports and updates.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.
• Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while being reliable and self‑directed.
• Approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Prioritize safety for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

• You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptionally organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage your schedule.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a community care or clinical/hospital setting is preferred.
• Currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR / AED (Level C).
• Able to provide a current Mask Fit test certification.
