RN/RPN MDS & RAI Coordinator — Care Data Lead
Job summary
A leading health care organization in Ontario is seeking an RAI Coordinator to oversee the administration of MDS assessments and provide necessary training to the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Long Term Care and must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of residents while working in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act and relevant documentation requirements.
- Minimum three years of clinical or managerial experience in Long Term Care.
- Current member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Oversee MDS administration and organization.
- Provide education and software training to interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and support MDS users to ensure accurate assessments.
