The role involves managing HR processes, supporting business leaders, and driving employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and a strong understanding of employment laws in North America. - 2–3+ years of professional HR experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and/or Canadian employment laws.
