Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and greet patients upon arrival.
• Coordinate the intake of information on the patient's first visit.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain records.
• Collect payment at the time of service.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Lead and Clinical Lead.
