Position Summary :

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales within our Direct and Indirect channels. As a Sales Account Manager, you are fluent in English and French, and should work to satisfy customers\'s needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

Overview / Responsibilities

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Direct Channel (100%)

  • Prospect, qualify, demo and close new sales using leads generated from trade shows, from digital marketing or cold calling
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Use CRM to manage all sales activities
