Job summary
A healthcare staffing agency is looking for qualified Registered Nurses in Prescott and Russell Counties. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and developing care plans. Candidates should have a nursing degree and at least one year of experience in Long Term Care. - 1+ year of relevant experience working as a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care.
- Experience working in Nursing homes or Home care agencies.
- Registered Nurse certification and CPR.
Responsibilities
- Assess and interpret client’s physical and psychological condition.
- Ensure early identification of health issues and complications.
- Implement physicians’ orders and administer medications.
- Provide medical/nursing care per Legislated Standards.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop personal care plans.
- Document resident care and adhere to confidentiality.
- Monitor medical supplies and maintain equipment.
