What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform general administrative tasks such as handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems
- Liaise with third-party payment administrators to ensure accurate electronic payment processing
- Compile information from various sources to generate reports
- Conduct audits and maintain reports by checking for errors and inconsistencies
- Manage multiple projects across various departments as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical setting
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is required
