- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Naval Architecture, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marine or related environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing or executing a FRACAS program
- Proficiency in English (essential)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the NATO Secret Level
- Postgraduate or technical qualifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar
- Previous experience working with a defense contract
- Project management experience
- Ability to communicate in French
