Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and performance of our signalling systems by validating that they meet legal and AREMA standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., design teams, experts from other departments, and project staff), develop and execute test plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing project testing strategies, but also mentoring junior team members and validating their competency levels.
