What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide comprehensive in-service support for the AJISS system, focusing on reliability, availability, and maintainability
• Configure, maintain, and optimize xFRACAS software for failure reporting and analysis
• Analyze reliability data to identify trends and opportunities for system improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to implement corrective actions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Naval Architecture, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marine or related environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing or executing a FRACAS program
• Proficiency in English (essential)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the NATO Secret Level

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Postgraduate or technical qualifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar
• Previous experience working with a defense contract
• Project management experience
• Ability to communicate in French
