• Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Governance
• 2-3 years of experience in Data Management
• Proficiency with modern data cataloging/metadata management tools
• Strong understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks

• Certification: CDMP, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or other health information management or data management certification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and vendors
