Job summary
A design-build firm located in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable and be proficient with MS Office. Responsibilities include processing invoices, ensuring accurate allocation, and maintaining vendor communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone well-organized and detail-oriented to contribute to a dynamic team in a growing organization. Salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments.
- Ensure correct application of taxes and coding.
- Respond to vendor email inquiries in a timely manner.
