• Manage and grow relationships with card acquirers, processors, and financial institutions
• Lead client interactions with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborate across teams including finance, legal, and product development to manage partner needs
• Enhance partner interaction processes and ensure optimal fulfillment of financial obligations
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the partner network

• Proven experience in managing partnerships with card acquirers, processors, or card scheme partners
• Strong knowledge of bank card systems, including authorization flows, chargebacks, settlement, and reconciliation
• Understanding of PCI DSS, 3DS 1/2.0, tokenization, and payment security standards
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (oral and written)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently

• Experience at an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and Google Workspace

• Salary up to $120,000 per year
