Position Summary

Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence to lead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, profitability, and growth of our commercial functions. Reporting to the CEO, this role serves as the Canadian head of Commercial Excellence and the key link between Canadian operations and global / regional teams.

You will drive the implementation of the Commercial Excellence Roadmap in line with our 2026 Vision, focusing on CRM optimization, process improvement, customer segmentation, and analytics. By fostering collaboration across sales, service, and marketing, you will help strengthen the Fresenius Kabi brand and expand market share across Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement Commercial Excellence strategies in alignment with global and regional initiatives.
  • Optimize go-to-market approaches, sales effectiveness, marketing performance, pricing / tender management, and reporting.
  • Enhance CRM adoption and efficiency; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with sales, service, and marketing to refine processes, customer segmentation, and territory design.
  • Support development of sales force training, incentive programs, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide market insights to regional and global leadership, driving data-based decision making.
Qualifications
  • Degree in business or life sciences.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial excellence, project management, analytics, or sales process transformation—ideally in pharmaceuticals, generics, or medical devices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
