The Opportunity

Are you a strategic and data-driven marketing professional with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct, measurable impact on customer retention and revenue growth?

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our customer lifecycle strategy. This isn't just a tactical role—you will be a key player in bridging Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless, high-quality journey for our customers. You will build, implement, and optimize a full-funnel strategy focused on onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and re-engagement, with a primary focus on our core business partners : study abroad consultants across diverse geographic regions.

As we expand our product-led growth initiatives, your expertise will be critical in delivering personalized, data-informed marketing at scale. You will directly influence customer lifetime value (CLV) and long-term success for our partners, playing a vital role in our company\'s sustained growth.

This role reports to the Associate Director, Partners Marketing.

What you\'ll do
  • Architect and own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding and activation to churn prevention and re-engagement.
  • Build, test, and scale multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, WhatsApp, in-app messaging) that are deeply personalized and behaviorally triggered to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Establish a strong analytical framework for lifecycle marketing by defining key metrics, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Experience to align on customer needs, reduce friction points, and ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales Operations, and Data Science teams to leverage customer data and a rich understanding of our user base to inform and execute retention and growth initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency and performance by creating and optimizing automated workflows and segmentation strategies that allow us to deliver a personalized experience at scale.
What you bring to the table
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a lifecycle, performance, or growth marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience using data to inform strategy, build reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) and a deep understanding of multi-channel orchestration.
  • Experience building and executing behavioral and triggered campaigns at scale for large user databases.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams, including Sales, CX, Product, and Data.
  • Comfortable in driving both strategy and execution of initiatives, from project management, to campaign ideation and copy creation.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach, with the ability to own initiatives and drive change in a dynamic, global environment.
