• Develop engaging, on-brand copy for influencer campaigns, social media, email marketing, product launches, and web assets.

• Collaborate with marketing strategists, creative directors, and influencer managers to conceptualize and execute campaign messaging.

• Localize and adapt global campaign messages for the Brazilian market, ensuring cultural relevancy and audience alignment.

• Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of grammar, tone, and style consistency.

• Analyze content performance and iterate based on feedback, data insights, and evolving campaign goals.

• Stay up to date with influencer trends, internet culture, and content formats popular in the Brazilian digital landscape.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

• Native-level Portuguese with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and original copy tailored to different digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of Brazilian social media culture, influencer marketing, and digital branding.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a copywriter, content creator, or similar role in a digital marketing or agency setting.

• Experience in influencer or social-first campaigns is highly preferred.

• Portfolio of past work demonstrating creativity, tone versatility, and campaign contributions required.

• Flexible remote work schedule with core collaboration hours based on Brasília Time (BRT).

• Full-time position (40 hours/week) with occasional need for evening or weekend availability depending on campaign launches.

• Deep familiarity with Brazilian pop culture, online trends, and influencer landscapes.

• Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or Asana.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into impactful content.

• Adaptability to shifting project needs and open to constructive feedback.
