A technology-driven recruitment company is looking for a Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to source software developers for top-paying jobs globally. This full-time remote role offers flexible hours but requires a daily 30-minute huddle. The compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 per month, plus commissions. Candidates must submit a 60-second introduction video discussing a challenging work problem they solved. Paid Time Off (PTO) is included.

This is a Full Time job - NO part-time workers - but you can choose your hours (but once daily, a 30-minute huddle is mandatory).
Total compensation: $1,000–$2,000 / month (base plus commissions).
