LCI Education wishes to identify the leader who will join its teams in order to structure and develop its markets in Latin America.

Based in São Paulo, the Regional Director – Admissions and Market Development will play a key role in the positioning and development of LCI Education's markets in Brazil, in the main Latin American countries, as well as in strategic international markets of the network, in connection with the campuses of Montreal, Vancouver, Barcelona and Melbourne.

This casting process aims to identify a market development leader with a detailed understanding of Latin American educational environments, capable of structuring lasting relationships with high added value and carrying LCI Education's international ambition, by strengthening the visibility and credibility of the brand with institutional players, in connection with the network's campuses.

This role is aimed at a senior profile in the development of institutional markets, with a strong credibility with public and private decision-makers, able to create long-term value and position LCI Education as a premium international reference in structured and competitive educational environments. The incumbent of the position is required to travel frequently as part of the accomplishment of his mission.

YOUR MISSION
  • Lead the development of markets and strategic partnerships in Brazil and Latin America to LCI Education's international campuses;
  • Develop and implement lead-generating marketing plans and brand positioning strategies;
  • Structure and supervise the international admissions process, in accordance with academic standards and the candidate experience;
  • Represent LCI Education at institutional presentations, student fairs, educational fairs and industry events;
  • Deploy standards of excellence in relationship management, responsiveness and CRM monitoring;
  • Structure and manage relationships with regional accredited partners in order to develop and optimize international student pipelines to LCI Education's campuses, while ensuring the quality of profiles, compliance with practices and alignment with the group's business strategy and institutional positioning;
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new source markets in Latin America;
  • To embody LCI Education's positioning and academic value proposition in the region;
  • Analyze market dynamics, partnership performance and regional trends;
THIS ROLE IS FOR
  • A professional with at least five years of experience in the education or higher education sector, acquired in market development, international admissions, institutional partnerships or student recruitment functions, within structured and international environments;
  • A solid understanding of Latin American educational ecosystems, particularly the Brazilian market;
  • A demonstrated ability to operate in international, complex and multicultural environments;
  • A structured and analytical approach, supported by the mastery of CRM tools and management indicators;
  • An established network or strong credibility with educational agents, institutions and institutional actors in the region;
  • Holds an undergraduate degree;
  • Excellent command of Portuguese and Spanish (oral and written);
  • A professional command of English (oral and written), which is essential given the regular interactions with international partners and teams.
