• Develop customized career development plans for clients to improve employability.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and session outcomes.
• Collaborate with Progressive Technology's team to align mentoring practices with company standards.
• Manage client communications professionally and responsively.

• Proven experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of resume writing techniques and ATS-friendly formatting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to analyze individual client needs and deliver tailored advice.
• Familiarity with diverse industry requirements and job market trends.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible freelance schedule.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in career mentorship, HR consulting, recruitment, or coaching.
• Experience working with diverse clients across different industries and career levels is highly desirable.
• Previous freelance or remote work experience is a plus.

• Flexible working hours based on client appointments and your availability.
• Primarily remote work; ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
