A dynamic international organization is seeking a Director Group Quality to lead their Quality strategy and ensure compliance across the organization. The role involves managing a team, conducting audits, and working closely with diverse stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, experience in Quality Management within the wind or automotive sectors, and strong leadership skills. The position offers flexible working routines and is focused on continuous improvement.

Then you may be exactly who we are looking for as our new Director Group Quality. The position is reporting directly to the SVP - Technology, Quality & PMO, and will ensure that Baettr Group functions and sites comply with relevant standards, and that continuous improvement and optimization become a natural DNA of the organization.
We are looking for a person who can ensure that we live up to customer requirements during item introductions, qualifications and production. A person who continuously strives to develop the performance of the organization, where quality is developed hand in hand with lowering cost - all this while complying with our value-driven behavior and leadership program.
You will have a broad stakeholder landscape to navigate and collaborate in, and you will have a major influence on the entire organization’s compliance and performance. You will have direct responsibility for a Group Quality team currently with 5 employees and your base will be in Lem, Denmark. Travelling globally is not a problem for you.
Your specific areas of responsibility will be:
As a person you are engaged, and you proactively take steps to ensure short- and long-term progress in all quality activities. You take ownership not only in normal operations, but also when it comes to critical business. You have a high systematic and analytical understanding, and a desire to drive continuous improvement. You are a team player with great leadership and managerial abilities backed up with effective communication skills. You are used to interacting with diverse cultures.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and you have experience working with Quality and Quality Management in the wind industry or the automotive business. You have leadership and management experience, presumably from an international organization.
