We are seeking two proactive and reliable Virtual Assistants to support daily operations, recruitment, and CRM management for our growing company.
Available Shifts:
- VA #1: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST)
- VA #2: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Manage and respond to emails and customer inquiries
- Use and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customers, and follow-ups
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Assist with SEO tasks and online optimization
- Handle customer service communications professionally
- Manage and schedule social media content
- Provide executive assistant support (calendar management, follow-ups, organization)
- Support recruitment and hiring processes, including:
- • Posting job ads
- • Screening resumes
- • Scheduling interviews
- • Communicating with candidates
- Take initiative and proactively suggest process improvements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Recruiter, or CRM user
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, social media, and recruitment toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
