Qualifications
- Competências na língua alemã com nível C1.
- Boa organização e estrutura de trabalho.
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente é uma vantagem.
Responsibilities
- Oferecer atendimento ao cliente excepcional em várias áreas.
- Gerenciar reclamações e administração de alterações no medidor de eletricidade.
- Gerenciar atividades em redes sociais.
