Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences: our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings. Job Description

What you will do in this role:

• Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations;
• Support the business by identifying opportunities and making smart, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end BI projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders;
• Use (and develop) a local database;
• Create, automate, and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Experience);
• Have a chance to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R, once you become independent in the role;

Qualifications

What makes you a strong fit:

• Extensive experience using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting;
• Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge;
• Experience with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow, as you’ll be using these tools daily;
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics;
• Experience dealing in partnership with internal stakeholders;
• Experience leading and executing end-to-end BI projects;
• An advanced level of business English.
