1. Prepare work maps, verifying and checking information to ensure data accuracy.
2. Monitor and verify screens and systems used in operational control.
3. Handle customer service (SAC), recording, tracking, and resolving internal and external client demands.
4. Organize and control the internal stockroom, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
5. Receive and organize documents and correspondence.
6. Update data in systems and spreadsheets, maintaining reliable and up-to-date records.
7. Assist in preparing administrative reports and verifying information.

Qualifications: High school diploma required; technical or higher education in Administration or related areas preferred. Experience in the field is a plus.

Location: Hospital Riomar (Laboratory in the basement)
